| Oude bekende Burhan G keert terug met nummer één hits |

 Een van de eerste artiesten die op FunX gedraaid werd, was de Deense Turk Burhan G. Hij was jarenlang achtergrondzanger van Outlandish, maar ging op een gegeven moment succesvol solo. Na een stilte van jaren is de zanger terug met een nieuw album dat hem al twee Deense nummer één hits heeft heeft opgeleverd.
De clip van Burhan G's vierde single Tættere På Himlen is al een paar weken uit in Denemarken, maar staat nu al bovenaan de hitlijsten. De video knipoogt naar D'Angelo's track Untitled, waarin de zanger ook halfnaakt te zien was. Burhan geeft toe dat de eenvoud van D'Angelo's clip hem aansprak. "Zo ben je het krachtigst in je expressie. Deze keer verschuilen we ons niet achter mooie auto's en danseressen. Dit is puurheid." De samenwerking met Nik en Jay veroverde al de eerste plaats in het Scandinavische land en klopt nu aan de deur van de FunX hitlijsten. De track Mest Ondt met zangeres Medina tekende Burhan's terugkeer in maart 2010. De plaat bereikte direct de eerste plaats en zette hem daarmee weer terug op de plaats die hij jaren daarvoor had verlaten. Ondertussen is Burhan's videoclip al miljoenen keren bekeken via YouTube. Tussen 2003 en 2004 scoorde Burhan G op FunX met zijn hitsingles 'Burhan G' en de titeltrack 'Playground'. De opvolger van Playrground werd het album Break Out. Helaas voor de zanger leverde dat maar een paar kleine hits op. Drie jaar na de release van Break Out staat hij nu met het album Burhan G weer volop in de Deense schijnwerpers. Okeyyyy dan... Burhan is altijd al een goede zanger geweest. Hij heeft een paar nieuwe tracks opgenomen met Outlandish, kan niet wachten tot die uitkomen |
