Twistin’, Flippin’, Outta Control in De Avondshow

FunX DJ Serkan begon dit jaar met een experiment in De Avondshow. Hij wilde samen met de luisteraars een slowjam schrijven en riep iedereen op om een stukje van de tekst mee te schrijven. Serkan ontving dagelijks tientallen stukjes songtekst via de FunX App. Door de vele suggesties werd de keuze met de dag moeilijker voor Serkan, maar uiteindelijk ontstonden zo de lyrics voor Twistin’, Flippin’, Outta Control!

JOE&NATE

Het productieteam JOE&NATE was bereid om een beat te maken voor de speciale download van De Avondshow. Het duo dat bestaat uit Nathan en Jozef werkt al sinds 2004 samen en leerde elkaar kennen bij Idols. Het succes leverde ze optredens met onder andere Fouradi, Lloyd en vele andere Nederlandse artiesten op en uiteindelijk zelfs een professioneel contract bij Warner/Chappell Music Holland.

Priskilla

De zangeres die de prachtige vocalen heeft verzorgd heet Priskilla. Haar naam doet misschien niet direct een belletje rinkelen, maar daar komt de komende jaren waarschijnlijk wel verandering in. Priskilla ontdekte dankzij haar vader dat ze naast dansen ook goed kon zingen. Daardoor bleef ze zich ontwikkelen in bands zoals Maluku Muda en KTS. Wie weet wat de toekomst haar nog brengt!
