Zuid-Koreaanse 2NE1 gaat voor Nederlands succes

Deze week vind je de Zuid-Koreaanse meidengroep 2NE1 op derde plaats in de XTips lijst met de hitsingle Go Away. Hun album To Anyone werd in september gelanceerd met drie leadsingles. Clap Your Hands, Can't Nobody en de huidige XTip.

Go Away is de meest succesvolle track van de drie. Begin oktober stonden 2NE1-zangeressen CL, Bom, Dara en Minzy met de single op de tweede plaats van de Gaon chart, de Zuid-Koreaanse tegenhanger van de XChart.

In de videoclip van 2NE1's Go Away volgen we zangeres CL die ruzie krijgt met haar vriend. Na wat woordenwisselingen stapt ze op en begint ze langzaam maar zeker afstand te nemen van haar ex. Nadat CL ontdekt dat hij een nieuwe vriendin heeft, wordt duidelijk wat de rol van de overige drie zangeressen in de clip is. Bom, Dara en Minzy spelen haar beschermengelen in de roerige periode na de relatie.
