Gisteravond startte de eerste ronde liveshows van The Voice of Holland 2017. Twaalf kandidaten lieten het beste van hun stem horen in de hoop de meeste punten binnen te slepen van de jury en het publiek. Het was uiteindelijk de 17-jarige Pleun die de hoogste score kreeg met de James Bond titelsong 'Writings on the wall'.

Kandidaten Yerry, Katell, Sheela, Thijs, Romy en Roza behaalden de laagste scores en belandden in de 'Danger zone'. Uiteindelijk waren het Sheela en Roza die de competitie moesten verlaten.
